Recipe
Group 1:
Mudcake mix 500gms
Water 135mls
Eggs 2
Group 2:
Melted Choc 40gms
Vegetable oil 70mls
METHOD
1: Place group 1 into a bowl and blend on low speed for 1 minute.
2: Blend on top speed until well mixed.
3: Add melted chocolate, blend well. Add oil while mixing, mix for 2 minutes
Do not overmix. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 170 deg C.
