INGREDIENTS
500mgs Fruit Cake Mix
250mls Water
3 Eggs
900gms Pantryman Mixed Fruit
METHOD
1. Blend Fruit cake mix (flour), water and eggs together on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down, blend on high for a further 3 minutes. Add Mixed Fruit and blend for 2 minutes.
Christmas Cake:
Place in greased and papered prepared cake tin (approx 20cm x 20cm) and bake for 1 and a half to two hours at 160C.
Christmas Pudding:
Place in steamer, and simmer for 2 hours ( standard steamers will only take half the mixture).
